Pama Intl have released 5 critically acclaimed albums, recorded 2 Radio One Sessions and played triumphant sets at Glastonbury, Womad, Respect, Wickerman, Bestival, Beautiful Days and many more festivals. They’ve performed alongside Jimmy Cliff, Prince Buster, Lee Perry, The Skatalites, Toots & The Maytals, Mad Professor, Mick Jones’ Carbon/Silicon, Don Letts, Madness and Easy Star All-stars, creating a huge grassroots following, with a live show that has become second to none. 2006 saw them become the first new band in 30 years to sign to Trojan Records.

Getting back to their deep-rooted DIY philosophy Pama Intl launched their own Rockers Revolt label (through Universal) in 2007. Their latest album PAMA INTL LOVE FILLED DUB BAND (out now) is produced by John Collins (producer of The Specials iconic ‘Ghost Town’) and already looks set to exceed all expectations, with airplay from 54 (and counting) stations/DJs, including; Radio One; Rob Da Bank, Chris Goldfinger and Mike Davies, Radio 2-Steve Lamacq, David Rodigan, Gary Crowley, Charlie Gillet, BBC6; Don Letts, Breakfast Show w/ Shaun Keaveny, xfm-Jon Kennedy, plus live sessions at the legendary Abbey Road studios and on Craig Charles’ BBC6 Funk & Soul show. In the continued promotion of ‘Love Filled Dub Band’ Pama Intl are back on tour this summer, including 10 dates on their ‘Reggae For The People’ tour, with label mates; The Slackers, The Pietasters and Mungos Hi Fi, on “the finest ska, rocksteady and dub tour ever.” The tour kicks off at Glastonbury, where after last year show stopping performance, Pama Intl have been asked to co-host the Leftfield stage.
